The journey of Remembering Your Way Home is a 12-week intimate group pilgrimage back to where you belong, deepening your roots to create space for your heart and soul to speak through you, awakening memory of who you are and who you came to be. It is a weaving of ancient earth wisdom, ancestral healing, soul regression journeys, plant communion, sisterhood village support, and ritual. Together, we will mend the threads of body, lineage, and earth so you may root more deeply into who you are and what you came here to birth.

This work can only be done at the roots, tilling the sacred soil within, refertilizing the foundation for creation.

This apprenticeship container is a portal of powerful and beautiful awakening, transformation, and remembering, designed to support you in returning home to who you are and who you came here to be.

Over the course of 12 weeks, you will be held in an intimate group container where we gather once a week on Zoom, on Sundays. Each session will last 2 hours, weaving with:

  • Teaching transmissions and storytelling to express the themes of remembering that we are awakening.

  • Guided soul regressions to journey into your soul’s memories, retrieve wisdom and soul gifts, unlock potential, and reweave threads of limitation.

  • Ritual practices and prescriptions for transformation, healing, reclaiming the magic of life, your power, the wisdom of creation, and initiating change.

  • Divination teachings, tools, and practices to deepen your communion and discernment with the wisdom of your body, the otherworlds, and claim your role as a bridge

  • A safe space of aligned and supportive sisterhood to witness and be witnessed in your homecoming.

  • Deep communion with three plant allies for remembering the wisdom, magic, and medicine of nature

    *Private mentoring sessions are only available for those who are enrolled in Remembering Your Way Home or my Art of Conjuring container. These channeling/energy directive sessions are offered at $222 and are available to book anytime within the year of the program you are enrolled in.

  • We will meet on Sundays starting on September 21st from 1-3 pm Pacific time (Monday mornings if you are in the southern hemisphere—please take note of daylight savings in November in the US if you are in the southern hemsphere).

    Most calls will begin with a grounding and check in before diving into either our teaching/story medicine, soul regression, or ritual, followed by reflections, questions, integration.

    Ritual prescriptions, plant invitations, and gentle practices of deep nourishment, support, and integration will be offered to do in your own time between calls.

  • There are three sacred plantcestors that will be offering foundational support, guidance, wisdom, and protection on our journey:

    and a special mystery ally, which will be shared in your welcome email.

    These plants will need to be ordered or foraged before we begin (Resources will be in the enrollment email). There will be invitations on how to work with each plant, including details about its herstory and medicine, rituals, medicine making, and ways of communion.

    The earth is our greatest support and teacher on our paths of returning to our true nature. Nourishing and grounding with the earth while doing deep journey and ritual work allows for softer integration, healing, and landing. I can’t wait to share these beloved plant teachers with you!

  • Through this container, we will be working with the modality of Soul Regression, also known more popularly as past-life regression. Soul Regression is a gentle, accessible, and powerful form of hypnotherapy that allows the soul to unlock memories encoded within. These can be ancestral memories, memories from past lives, and even parallel lives or future potentials. Through this work, we are accessing memory stored deep within the records of you, living in your cells, bone, subconscious, and superconscious, to heal through limitations, patterns, and karmic cycles, activate dormant gifts, expressions, wisdom, and abilities, expand perceptions of reality, move through swift soul evolution, complete initiation cycles, release grief, and more! You don’t have to be a seer or oracle to have profound experiences with this modality—you just need to be able to imagine/visualize, and the soul will do the rest.

    Though this work is very deep, it’s subtle and mysterious. Over time, it can completely rewire the neurology of the brain, helping you to anchor your higher mind and embody the ancient wisdom within. This is one of my favorite aspects of hypnosis work: how the mind reshapes itself to align with your soul truth, rather than being limited by the old beliefs and thought patterns stored in the subconscious that were created from trauma/wounding in the past, whether that be ancestrally, in childhood, or a past life!

  • Ritual and remembering the way of ritual are core pieces of this container. The ritual work is what anchors and moves along the transformation, awakenings, karmic clearings, and strengthens your connection to spirit, the ancestors, magic, creation, and the earth. Ritual is how you co-create with the otherworlds and let magic influence and support your life. If you are new to ritual work, I recommend picking up my book, Tending to the Sacred, as it goes over the foundations and pillars to anchor into for a strong and flowing ritual.

FAQ

  • This offering, like anything of nature, grows and transforms yearly as I receive and embody more medicine and wisdom on my own remembering journey, strengthen ancestral relationships, and adapt to evolving consciousness, Earth’s timeline, and expression. While the overall foundational spiritual theme remains, each updated version of the course is very different from the previous version. You could sign up for every version of this offering and have a completely different experience each time. The theme of this work is timeless and evolves as you evolve, infinite in its potential, and adapts to where you are at on your journey.

    2024 marked the first year I led this offering as a live apprenticeship container, which was more involved and in-depth. This year, I am expanding on that by offering the program at 12 weeks, which will bring in more elements of my work and create more spaciousness. If you've enrolled in previous versions of the course, you'll have a great foundation to step into this journey, but it will be quite different!

  • Since this feminine alchemy work is rooted in devotion, it is highly recommended that you prioritize the live calls as much as possible. This is very much an experiential offering. The magic of the live gathering—the energy of the group, the shared rituals and energy, and the synchronous journey—cannot be fully captured in a recording. I encourage attendance whenever possible to receive the full energetic activation. I will also only provide deeper 1:1 support and answers to any questions during our live calls.

    However, If you're unable to attend a live call, recordings will be uploaded to the private course dashboard, where you'll find your Zoom links, homeplay, plant profiles, and other essential prep and information.

    Please plan to attend at least half of the calls live to get the most out of this journey. All call recordings can be downloaded to your device for continued viewing after our container closes. However, please note that you will lose access to the course backend by the end of December.

  • 12-2 pm (sometimes we may go to 2:30 pm, particularly on soul regression calls if everyone is called to share) Pacific Time on Sundays for 12 weeks starting Sept 21.

  • No prior experience is required, though some experience in journey work or ritual is recommended. This container is designed to meet you wherever you are. Everyone is supported to move at their own pace while accessing the depth of the work.

  • Your plant allies for the journey (details in your welcome email), a quiet, sacred space for our calls, an altar space, a journal, and access to nature is highly recommended, but not necessary if you are a city-dweller.

    You’ll be guided in ritual and plant ally work; any materials needed for these will be minimal and easy to gather.

  • Each weekly session is 2 hours. I will also be offering homeplay and nourishing practices to do in your own time that should flow beautifully into your days. This container may invite a radical shift in the way you navigate time and your daily life; therefore, how much time you commit to the integration of what comes through for you uniquely will absolutely affect your journey. The more space you create in the soil of you, the deeper your roots will grow. That being said, this container is designed to deepen your sense of self, purpose, and wisdom without feeling overwhelming. If you enter this container feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or running around like a chicken with your head cut off, then you know that your first task is to create space before any seeds of potential new life can birth through you! All the practices, tools, teachings, and modalities offered in this space will support you with creating that space! You just have to show up.


  • This work can bring up deep material. You are supported in your journey through grounding, ritual, nourishment, the plants, ancestors, and community. Part of descending into the body involves being with what is present/lying beneath, deepening trust, and resourcing self-security, all of which this container offers. Remember that integration is part of the process, and each moment of awakening, clearing, grieving, and remembering is a big step towards home.

  • Due to the alchemical nature of this work, no refunds are offered once enrollment is secured.

    This is a sacred investment in your purpose, role, and potential, a container of ancestral mending, soul healing, and truth anchoring, not another course.
